I had recorded two old-style country songs that desperately needed that classic vintage piano rhythm and fills. Knowing Scott's diverse musical knowledge and range of playing styles, I contacted him to play piano on the project. I emailed him the songs and within what seemed like just a few minutes, he had emailed me a track back and I was able to immediately use his piano track in my recording. The sound he gets out of the piano and his taste in notes and musical ideas are always dead on. He's fast and great at what he does, which can be a pretty difficult combination to find.
